Which data do we collect?
We only collect data that you provide to us via the contact form, email or phone. This may include your name, email address, phone number, message content, selected service and information about your boat or enquiry.
We only ask for data that is needed to review, answer and follow up on your enquiry.
Contact forms and Formspree
We use Formspree to process contact forms. When you complete a form, the information you enter is forwarded to our mailbox via this external form service so that we can respond to your enquiry.
Please only use the form for information that is needed for your enquiry. Photos or additional information can be shared through WhatsApp or email.
Purposes of processing
- Contacting you about your enquiry or order.
- Responding to questions and requests.
- Preparing a suitable assessment or quote.
- Administration and invoicing if an assignment is agreed.
External services and links
The website uses Formspree to process the contact form and Vimeo for the video background on the homepage. When these elements are loaded or used, those external services may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information.
The Manrope font is hosted locally on schilpoboats.com; the website does not connect to Google Fonts for this purpose. Google Maps is not embedded in the website. Google Maps and WhatsApp only open after you choose an address, route or WhatsApp link.
When you open an external link or use an external service, that party may apply its own privacy terms, cookies or similar technologies. Schilpo Boats does not control the processing of data on third-party websites.
Google Analytics 4
The website uses Google Analytics 4 for visitor statistics and to measure interactions with contact routes and the quote form. The website code may send the page language, page type, selected contact channel, button position, selected service, form view, form start, validation errors and a completed form request. Name, email address, telephone number, location or berth and free-text message content are not sent as Analytics event parameters.
In its standard implementation, Google Analytics collects session, browser, device and approximate location information and may use the first-party _ga cookie for a random client ID. Exact storage, retention and consent behaviour also depend on the Google Analytics property settings and any consent-management software.
Cookies and similar technologies
As far as visible in the current website setup, Schilpo Boats does not use advertising tracking such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tracking. The website may use technical or functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work properly.
Vimeo may use cookies or similar technologies when the video background is loaded. Formspree processes form data when you submit an enquiry. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external websites only open after you choose an external link. Please also consult the privacy and cookie information of the relevant external service.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with third parties when this is necessary to process your enquiry, provide the service, support the technical operation of the website or when legally required.
Retention period
Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary to provide the service, answer your enquiry or comply with legal obligations.
